can somebody help me distinguish between "legal" and "legality" ? will definitely help me a lot >:D< :X

[PS: if you can't express in English or you don't quite understand it, you may look for the same topic in vietnamese in the Conference room ^^ When you've already got it, I hope you can translate it in English :"> ;;) ]

i think using "based on" is much more appropriate because when you draft a legal document you have to look up to the law that is above [don't really know how to say it right... :| ]

My dear,
The most different point of those 2 words is: Legal is an Adjective; and Legality is a Noun. lol :))

For your further reference, according to Oxford Advance Learner's Dictionary 7th Edition:
Legal means:
(i) connected with the law. e.g: legal advice, legal system
(ii) allowed or required by law. e.g: Should euthanasia be made legal?

Legality means:
(i) the fact of being legal. e.g: They intended to challenge the legality of his claim in the court.
(ii) the legal aspect of an action or a situation. e.g: You need a lawyer to explain all the legalities of the contracts.
